I have had the privilege of being mentored and know the value of having someone walk beside you to support your efforts in trying to overcome difficulties. The value of lived experience is priceless as it brings an empathy and understanding without judgment.

Depending on individual circumstances, mentoring is provided on agreed terms in conjunction with allied health services to ensure a holistic approach for optimal physical, mental and social health outcomes.

Once you have registered for mentoring, you will be contacted in regards to a mentoring and confidentiality agreement form.
